How can I register to attend?
Simply register online. It’s quick, easy and absolutely free!

Do I have to pre-register to attend?
No, but pre-registration is recommended either through the online form or a participating exhibitor.

What happens when I arrive at the show?
All attendees are greeted by trade show employees at the registration desk in the lobby of the Regent Products building. Buyers are given badges and an information packet to help navigate through the showrooms.

How can I get from one participating location to another?
Shuttle vans are provided to assist you in getting to all participating showrooms, and back-and-forth to select area hotels. You can either call 708-583-1000 or see the receptionist at Regent Products for shuttle service information.

How do I get back to O’Hare International Airport?
If you are going to the airport directly from the show, you must schedule your shuttle in advance with the receptionist at Regent Products. All airport shuttles leave from Regent Products. Or, you can simply take the shuttle bus provided free of charge from your hotel back to O’Hare Airport. We recommend that you check with the front desk at your hotel for shuttle bus times.

Do you offer transportation from Midway Airport?
O’Hare Airport is only 15 minutes from our participating showroom locations and is more convenient. However, we can recommend transportation solutions. Please contact Midwest Market Days at 916-376-9437 to find out more.

How can I contact exhibitors after the show?
Contact information for all permanent exhibitors can be found through the link on the Exhibitor List page or by using the show guide provide to you at each event.

Does all merchandise ship from one location in Chicago?
No, every exhibitor at our events is independent of each other. Each exhibitor ships orders from his warehouse facility. For more information about minimum orders & shipping details please contact each exhibitor individually.

How many days do I need to see all the exhibitors at a Midwest Market Days® event?
We suggest that you stay a minimum of two (2) full business days to completely see all that our trade shows have to offer.

Are the showrooms open year-round?
While all exhibitors have permanent showrooms in Chicago, they are not all staffed daily. Regent Products, B&G Sales and The Bazaar Inc. have showrooms in their corporate offices which are open daily during business hours. To visit any of these 3 showrooms please contact them directly.
